Kamala Nehru College stands in the frontline of ‘A’ Grade colleges of Delhi University, as accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the year 2016. As a liberal arts college, KNC offers a wide range of courses and programmes. As a constituent/affiliated college of the University of Delhi, Kamala Nehru College strictly follows the admission guidelines prescribed by the university. Applicants seeking admission to UG courses in Kamala Nehru College must register on the Delhi University centralized admission Web Portal. Admission to any course is on the basis of a minimum ‘cut-off’ percentage for each course. The applicants must check the centralized Admission Web Portal and college website for detailed cut-offs. Each course usually has different cut-offs for different categories (UR/OBC/SC/ST/PwD). All students who meet the announced 'cut-off' criteria are admitted; there is no ‘first-cum-first-serve’ policy. In case the seats remain unfilled, the college lowers the cut-off in accordance with the schedule prescribed by Delhi University, till all seats are filled.
